The scheme is straightforward: you lease your property to Housing Placements for an agreed term, and we pay you a fixed monthly rent regardless of whether the property is occupied. There are no void periods, no rent arrears, and no unexpected costs.
We then use the property to provide temporary accommodation for households placed by local authorities, so your property contributes to a genuine social need while you benefit from a secure, predictable income.
The rent we can offer depends on the property's size and location. We'll give you an indicative figure over the phone and confirm it after a property visit.
