Who we are
Housing Placements is the trading name of Essex & London Property Management Group Limited, a specialist temporary accommodation provider based in Harold Wood, Romford. We work at the intersection of the private rented sector and local authority housing services, linking landlords with available properties to councils with urgent housing needs.
We are an approved provider to local authorities across Essex and London, operating within the regulated commissioning framework. Every property in our portfolio is fully certificated and compliant with statutory requirements under the Housing Act 1996 and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
For landlords, we offer a straightforward guaranteed rent scheme: lease your property to us for 1 to 5 years and receive guaranteed monthly payments regardless of occupancy. We manage compliance, maintenance and tenant liaison so your income stays genuinely passive.

- Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
